Tom's Wife sent him to cooking school and he loved it. After finishing his commitment, Tom designed his own Dry Rub, "Original Flavor" His daughter; Tina Marie, said; "Dad, you should package and sell this", "it's so good" Today, Tina Marie's request has come true. Tom created it, and it was born on a Tri-Tip, and, after many family outings. Tom has followed up and met his daughter's request, Thus, 

"Born on a Tri-Tip"  


Today, Tom's oldest son has helped  in creating various flavors and is continuing to introduce different applications.

 Whether you're a beginner or novice this Rub is so easy to use, all you need is a little time and you're off to a great tasting self-marinating rub. The brown sugar induces a sweet caramelize taste that will satisfy your taste buds. Each bag is individually hand made to produce a consistent flavor each and every time, then packaged in a vacuum sealed bag for guaranteed freshness.

Directions of Use

 Remove from Vacuum bag, open zip-lock to allow air in, close bag and shake until loose. Spread desired amount of the contents on to a plate; dredge the meat on all sides (Just like breading). Place the coated meat into a separate “Zip-lock” baggie; add the remaining contents (from the plate) into the bag. Force out as much air as possible and zip-lock. Place into refrigerator for a min of 24 hours and up to 2-3 days (turning occasionally). Note: After 24 hours, the “Dry Rub” will become a “Wet” marinade (normal). Cooking Tip: Allow beef to come to room temperature before grilling/cooking. Use the liquid to baste when cooking on the grill or roasting in the oven.

Each Bag is individually made by hade and vaccum sealed to ensure freshness
